The SUP-RD701 guided wave radar level meter sends microwave pulses down a rope or rod probe, making it immune to foam, vapour and turbulence. It measures liquids, interfaces and bulk solids up to 30 m with millimetre accuracy, and withstands process temperatures to 250 °C.
| Measurement range | 5 m / 10 m / 20 m / 30 m probe lengths |
|---|---|
| Accuracy | ±5 mm (5 m) · ±10 mm (10 m) · ±20 mm (20 m) · ±25 mm (30 m) |
| Application | Liquids and bulk solids, interface measurement |
| Process connection | Thread / flange (optional) |
| Process temperature | -40 … +250 °C |
| Process pressure | -0.1 … 4 MPa |
| Output signal | 4-20 mA / HART (optional) |

Rods up to 4 m for clean liquids; flexible ropes for longer ranges and silos; coaxial probes for low-ε liquids and clean duty.
Yes — the RD701 reports the upper product level and the oil/water interface simultaneously.
Light buildup is compensated by the TDR algorithm; heavy sticky products should be discussed with our engineers.
