The YOYI YYEM series electromagnetic flow meter measures the flow of any electrically conductive liquid with no moving parts and no obstruction to the flow profile. Lined with PTFE, rubber or PFA, it handles water, wastewater, slurries and aggressive chemicals with equal confidence.
Standard configurations are listed below. Custom liners, electrodes, connections and communication options are available on request.
| Model | DN | Flow range | Connection | Pressure |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YYEM-15 | DN15 | 0.11 – 4.2 m³/h | Thread / flange | PN16 |
| YYEM-25 | DN25 | 0.3 – 12 m³/h | Flange | PN16 |
| YYEM-50 | DN50 | 1.2 – 45 m³/h | Flange | PN16 |
| YYEM-100 | DN100 | 4.5 – 180 m³/h | Flange | PN16 |
| YYEM-200 | DN200 | 18 – 700 m³/h | Flange | PN10 / PN16 |
| YYEM-300 | DN300 | 40 – 1600 m³/h | Flange | PN10 / PN16 |
Flow ranges are based on 0.5 – 10 m/s velocity. Larger sizes to DN2200, sanitary connections and battery-powered versions are available on request.
The YYEM meter applies Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction: a conductive fluid moving through a magnetic field generates a voltage proportional to its velocity. Two electrodes mounted flush in the liner pick up this small EMF, which the converter amplifies into a flow reading.
Because nothing protrudes into the stream, the meter is immune to clogging and creates no pressure drop. Reverse flow is measured with the same accuracy, and the empty-pipe detector suppresses false totals when the line drains.

Standard electrodes need about 5 μS/cm. For ultra-pure water we supply capacitively coupled electrodes; below that, an ultrasonic or Coriolis meter is the better fit.
Five diameters upstream and three downstream are recommended. With a flow conditioner the upstream requirement can be reduced to three diameters.
Yes. Remote versions separate the converter from the sensor by up to 100 m, which suits flooded pits, hot lines and hazardous areas.
