The YOYI YYTB series turbine flow meter converts the rotational speed of a free-turning rotor into a flow-proportional pulse train. Simple, precise and economical, it remains the workhorse for clean, low-viscosity liquids from fuels to water.
Standard configurations are listed below. Custom liners, electrodes, connections and communication options are available on request.
| Model | DN | Flow range | Connection | Pressure |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YYTB-4 | DN4 | 0.04 – 0.4 m³/h | Thread | 6.3 MPa |
| YYTB-15 | DN15 | 0.6 – 6 m³/h | Thread | 6.3 MPa |
| YYTB-25 | DN25 | 1.6 – 16 m³/h | Thread / flange | 6.3 MPa |
| YYTB-50 | DN50 | 6 – 60 m³/h | Flange | 4.0 MPa |
| YYTB-100 | DN100 | 25 – 250 m³/h | Flange | 2.5 MPa |
| YYTB-200 | DN200 | 80 – 1200 m³/h | Flange | 1.6 MPa |
Sanitary tri-clamp and insertion (YYTB-I) versions are available. For lubricating liquids, specify the bearing material to match your fluid.
Fluid passing the meter spins a multi-blade rotor whose speed is proportional to velocity. A magnetic or inductive pick-up counts blade passes and generates a pulse train, so each pulse represents a fixed volume.
Because the signal is digital and resolution is high, turbine meters integrate cleanly with batch controllers and totalizers — the reason they remain standard on loading arms and dosing skids.

Debris jams the rotor. Fit a 100 μm strainer upstream; for slurry duties choose an electromagnetic meter instead.
Typically 3-5 years in clean fuel or water. Bearings are replaceable in the field without recalibrating the meter body.
Yes, provided the fluid lubricates the bearing or a PEEK bearing is specified. Check chemical compatibility with our engineers.
